DMCA Notice

1. Filing a DMCA Complaint

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction and will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Modifications
We may update this DMCA Notice at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page.
